The place was clean with a modern design and affable and outstandingly accommodating staff. The restaurant was incredible and the food was fabulous. The whole experience was really amazing from start to finish, couldn't recommend more...

My excellent sized and spotless room had a fridge, a private safe, and coffee/tea making facilities.

we didn't want to leave, would definitely recommend. the hotel was fairly clean, the room was tastefully decorated and immaculate and the bed was comfortable. the room was upgraded, had nice decor. liked the location in crossing area. further, it was really close to the gorgeous eateries and market and downtown.

The service is excellent, includes free parking.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the cozy Deluxe King Room and the stunning views from the balcony. The relaxation options like the sun terrace and evening live entertainment were perfect for unwinding. The only downside was that the hot tub was out of service, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience! 😊

The hotel had a cool vibe and a spacious King Suite. I really enjoyed the well-equipped gym. It made working out easy. The easy self-parking was a plus, no need to worry about valet. I found the dining options to be pricey, especially breakfast. Limited choices and the quality didn't match the cost. Another downside was the housekeeping services. There could have been more attention to detail. A couple of times, I noticed the cleaning staff missed some basic tidying up. These aspects were disappointing, especially at this price point. But overall, the vibe and space made it a place I'd consider revisiting.

We enjoyed a good dinner at the hotel, where the food tasted fresh and authentically crafted. Despite the noise from an event, the staff handled everything with grace. For a restful experience, consider requesting a room on a higher floor. Comfortable beds.

The library offers a cozy retreat with comfy seating, perfect for winding down after a day in the city. The gym is well-equipped, with cardio machines and weights.

Staying directly above a wedding reception meant loud music until midnight, which significantly impacted sleep quality-definitely not ideal for families or light sleepers. It would be beneficial to have microwaves in the rooms for warming up food, as that could enhance convenience during longer visits.

The hotel was super clean and beautifully designed. Every staff member I interacted with was warm and cute, going out of their way to ensure I had a great time. I think they could improve by having better coffee options available without needing to rely solely on in-room supplies.
